Featuring advanced technology, stable performance, high output and low energy consumption, our quick lime plants have a production capacity of 100~1500t/d.
The quick lime production line consists of a preheated machine, rotary kiln, cooling machine, chain conveyor, furnace, Raymond mill, and dust collectors for the rotary kiln and Raymond mill.
Features
1. Supporting device: Advanced shaft structure, automatic thermometer and electrical heating.
2. Catch wheel: Mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure
3. Gears: Single or double. Rotating speed controlled by bencher, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Reliable, energy-saving, and efficient.
4. Cylinder bolster: Lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. Simply designed, the bolster is easy to maintain or replace without damaging the quick lime plant's cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: Depending on the kiln model, choose among air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing or a combination.
6. Kiln head hood: Stationary or flexible hoods.
