Roller Reamer
The roller reamer (drilling reamer) is used for a variety of reaming stabilization applications in drilling operations. These stabilizing devices are often needed when drilling in abrasive environments. Roller reamers are commonly used for hole sizes from 4 5/8" to 26". Additionally, it can be used in different holes when the body is equipped with different bearing blocks and rollers. The body of the drilling tool is made from modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 265-341 Brinell hardness and 54j minimum impact strength.
Available roller types
1. Narrow-teeth type is used for cutting hole walls for soft formations.
2. Wide-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formations.
3. Inserted tungsten carbide alloy type for hard formations.
