Aging Furnace
The aging furnace, also referred to as aging oven or appealing oven is an exclusive device designed to eliminate the pre-heat in the aluminum alloy materials after preliminary working. It can reduce stress concentration in the aluminum alloy and lessen deformation. Now, it is the ideal equipment for aluminum product makers to conduct aging treatment to aluminum extrusion profiles.
Shell of the aging furnace that we manufacture is fabricated from structural steel via welding. Inner and outer walls are all made from high quality cold-rolled steel plates which ensure small deformation after heated. Lining uses aluminum silicate and refractory fiber as its heat insulating materials so as to reduce temperature rising of furnace wall.
Likewise, door shell is also welded from premium steels, outer door wall is also fabricated from cold rolled steel plates and lining also uses aluminum silicate and refractory fiber as its heat insulating materials.
Features of the Aging Furnace
1. Furnace lining features full fiber construction, thus improving furnace body heat insulating performance, saving energy and reducing cost of production.
2. The aging line is designed with a hot air circulation system which is able to improve furnace temperature uniformity.
3. Furnace door comes with side open design, so it is easy to operate.
4. A material charging trolley is designed to enable easy loading and unloading of workpieces.
5. The aging furnace employs a PID program temperature control instrument which can automatically control the temperature rising speed of the heat treating furnace.
6. It is designed with an interlocking protection device, thus preventing fault and accident caused by incorrect operation.
7. The industrial furnace is environment friendly. It produces no pollution.
