Adopting Cummins TDI technology (turbo direct injection), the engine power is much higher and the torque is much larger, which can provide continuous power for high efficient excavation. The "3 3 filter system" is adopted in terms of engine, that is to filter both air and fuel triply， providing multiple protection for the engine.
Hydraulic flow adjusting by LUDV and multi-way valve independent adjust system, making the complex operation more comfortable and the performance of flatting ground better.
Using ADAMS software to optimize the hinge point design of working device, eliminating the invalid stroke of hydro cylinder to achieve a larger excavation range and simultaneously the efficiency is improved by 6% and the digging force is increased by 8%.
The front and rear supports of the swing arm are made of high-strength alloy steel structure, reducing the stress concentration. CAE analysis is conducted based on ANSYS software, the overall strength of the working device is increased by more than 40%.
In terms of track frame, the box-typed large cross section X frame is adopted, the strength of cross section is improved by more than 40%, and the integral type high strength steel plate is used on the upper and lower sides of X frame, which greatly increases the strength of X frame.
Large space cab provides upgraded comforts.
