EcoPura's 3- 10L monobloc filling machine uses neck handling by a gripping bottle transmission and fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping processes done using PLC control. The medium bottle filling machine has electrical components from internationally known brands, and all parts that come into contact with the liquid are certified to food grade AISI316L or AISI304 standards. This helps users maximize the output of the liquid filling machine, keeps productions on schedule, and keeps costs and environmental impact low.

Rinser
- The highly efficient atomizing spray nozzle installed on the bottle clamps uses technology from Spraying Systems Co., Ltd. and is capable of cleaning any aspect of the bottle's inner wall, and saves rinsing water.
- Coverings on the bottle clamps and elevator are a product from IGUS.
- The rinse is driven by a driving system positioned inside the machine frame via a gear transmission.

Filler
- The rotary wheel is made completely of AISI304 standard stainless steel.
- The filling valves are designed and manufactured using German technology, and are made from AISI316L standard materials. These valves feature a high filling accuracy and speed.
- Bottles are raised and lowered by a cam controlled lifting cylinder. The valve opening mechanism is driven by the air cylinder.
- All sliding bushes on the lifting device uses an Igus brand (from Germany) anti- corrosion and maintenance free bearing.
- The hydraulic pump is float- ball controlled.

Capper
- The cover track has a device to prevent the reversal of the cover from passing, and picks out reversed covers. The photoelectric switch automatically stops the machine when there are no covers on the track, preventing bottles with no caps from leaving the assembly line.
- The bottle checkup switch works with the cylinder on the joint of the cover track and cover lift in order to control the cover flow and stop it if there is no bottle. This ultimately reduces the quantity of covers, ensuring the number of covers matches the number of bottles.
- The capper is a highly effective method for cap sorting to reduce abrasions.
