Based on the stator-rotor structure, this high shear mixer can emulsify, homogenize and disperse materials at high speed. It is especially suitable for insoluble additives like CMC. It is widely used in food, beverage, adhesives and cosmetic industries.

Because of centrifugal force caused by high-speed rotor, materials are propelled into working space from the top and bottom simultaneously.

Entering the gap between rotor and stator by centrifugal force, materials are extruded and clashed to achieve the primary stage of emulsification and dispersion.

The high speed of rotating rotor creates strong shear force to crush, disperse, emulsify and homogenize materials. Meanwhile, materials exit from the working area.

After several circulations, materials can achieve complete dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
