Function

The reciprocator spray coater is designed to realize large area spray finishing by the spray guns driven by arms in reciprocating motion. In the meantime, manual adjustment of the angle of the spray gun is also available to achieve multi-surface finishing.
XMF reciprocator spray coating machine has no limitation on the substrate shape. Unlike manual spray coating, the surface after being sprayed is smooth, uniform and color-consistent.

Application

The reciprocator spray coater is ideal for the linear multi-surface finishing of large-size wood, synthetic board, plastic, glass and metal materials.

Features

The feeding port has an IR curtain auto detection system to automatically detect the workpiece dimensions and adjust the moving distance of spraying arm accordingly to reduce the finish waste.
The waste gas and paint mist generated will be processed by the water curtain, large-power exhaust fan and filtering device before discharge, which is environmentally friendly.
The reciprocator spray coating machine is equipped with a finish recycle system which can 100% recycle and reuse UV ink and water-based ink to highly save production cost.
The conveyor belt and cleaning device work simultaneously to prevent the finish from polluting the conveyor and further contaminating the reverse side of the substrate.
