The heating elements are made of SS304 steel tubes, and are soldered to the bottom of the kettle for direct-contact heating. Heating the kettle is easy and fast, taking just a few minutes to go from 0 to 185°C.

All these features ensure the resulting popcorn have an optimum temperature around 35 °C, best suited for human consumption.

There is tempered glass surrounding the stainless steel popcorn machine on three sides. The glass, when broken under stress, shatters into small rounded particles to reduce the risk of injury. With everything else being the same as the 32 oz, the toughened glass has 3 to 5 times an impact strength and bending strength of ordinary glass. High thermal stability allows the glass to withstand dramatic temperature changes of up to 300°C.

Made of thicker-than-average Plexiglas, the glass door protects popcorns from corrosion, humidity, and sunlight damage, all the while providing a sound barrier that allows your customers to enjoy the meals and chat without the added noise of the popcorn popper. Each stainless steel popcorn machine has been through rigorous destructive testing. Striking it with a hammer or even having a 65kg adult jump on it has failed to break the glass.
