This is the fifth part of G5 corrugated box making machine.

Fuctions

The die cutter mainly uses the wooden mold to carry on the irregular die cutting to the carton, which makes the shape meet the customer's request.

Features

The die cutter can use independent servo control.
The material of the die cutting roller is high quality steel and the thickness of the roller wall is 30mm. Besides, the surface is hard chrome plated.
The material of the wall panel is superior foundry iron and the thickness of the wall panel is 60mm.
The anvil cover repaired device can increase the reuse rate of the rubber sleeves, which can grind 3 times.
The spontaneous speed compensation system can guarantee that the die cutting size of each batch of carton are completely consistent.
The polyurethane rubber pads are convenient to assemble and can make die cut for 12 million times.
The mechanical rubber roller can transversely shift 40mm left and right, so the rubber pads abrade evenly.
The die cutter uses six grade fine grinding gears, whose material is 40cr with the advantage of low noise and long service life.
The die cutting roller uses cylinder-type spontaneous separation equipment to decrease wear and tear of rubber sleeves.
