This is the forth part of G4 corrugated box making machine.

Fuctions

The die cutter mainly uses the wooden mold to carry on the irregular die-cutting to the carton, which makes the shape meet the customer's request.

Features

The material of the die cutting roller is high quality steel, whose wall thickness is 30mm and uses balance correction, and the surface is hard chrome plated.
The material of the wall panel adopts high-quality cast iron, whose wall thickness is 60mm, manufacturing by large machining centers. Rubber roller grinding mechanism can improve the reuse rate of the rubber sleeves, which can grind 3 times.
The speed automatic compensation can ensure that the die cutting size of each batch of carton are exactly the same.
The super resistant polyurethane pads are imported by Taiwan, which are easy to install and can make die cut for 12 million times
The mechanical rubber roller can transversely move 40mm left and right, so the pads wear evenly.
The die cutter uses six grade fine grinding gears, whose material are 40cr with the advantage of low noise and long service life.
The die cutting roller uses cylinder-type automatic separation device to reduce wear and tear.
