The diamond polishing pad is a multi-purpose stone fabrication tool. Using synthetic diamond grits as a super-hard abrasive, the buffing pad also combines composite materials within it to get the best polishing results. On the back of the polishing pad is a Velcro strap that sticks to the corresponding strip on the polishing tool in order to buff out scratches and other damage on stone, ceramic and tile.
The main purpose of the diamond polishing pad is to obtain a perfect polish on a stone surface and the beveled edge of decorative molding. Various stone, marble, ceramic, and tempered glass profiles can be polished and repaired using the diamond polishing pad.
