Anodizing is an electrochemical process that produces a protective oxide film on the surface of the aluminum profile, which can improve the corrosion resistance and service life of the workpiece, and be resistant to ultraviolet rays.

At present, Modern Aluminum can achieve the anodizing treatment of 25 coatings. These anodized aluminum profiles are widely used in construction, sanitary ware, doors and windows, furniture, decorative materials, electronic enclosures, battery cases of new energy vehicle, automobile radiators, pedals, shelves, and luggage trolleys and so on.

With 9 oxidation tanks, we can anodize 1,500 tons of aluminum profiles in one month. To provide customers with high quality aluminum extrusions, we have a complete set of equipment and anodizing procedures, including the latest refrigerator (used to reduce the temperature of the oxidation tank to maintain a constant temperature), high-frequency silicon oxide machine (apply direct current to generate an anodized aluminum layer in the oxidation tank), automatic sanding machine, titanium anodizing line, karat gold production line, horizontal electrophoresis production line and so on.
