Impact beds are an ideal alternative to impact rollers for cushioning loads at loading point. It is constructed with self-lubricating UHMW and high-elastic rubber impact bars to provide maximum protection for the belt surface. When the materials fall onto the belt, the impact bed absorbs impact forces from the materials therefore delivering effective protection against damage to the conveyor belt.

Features

Impact bars are made of UHMW and natural rubber with aluminum alloy T-track, featuring high wear resistance, low friction and excellent impact resistance;
Self lubricating, extremely low coefficient of friction;
Aluminum T-track of impact bars, quick and easy mounting;
Impact beds are available in fixed and adjustable trough angles;
