Powder coating on the surface of aluminum profile can not only protect the workpiece and improve its resistance to oxidation and corrosion, but also play a decorative role. Our powder coating equipment adopts eco-friendly powder coatings of various colors, which can emit no harmful gases or particles during coating.
At present, we have 2 automatic powder coating lines that can process aluminum profile of a maximum length of 10m and 13m respectively, whose monthly outputs can reach 800 tons and 600 tons accordingly, which can realize surface treatment of aluminum profiles required by customers in large quantities.
The length of aluminum extrusions subject to powder coating ranges from 3cm to 130cm. The powder application process includes ordinary powder coating, wood grain transfer (vacuum heat transfer machine) and fluorocarbon powder coating. The aluminum profiles coated with fluorocarbon powder can be used in wind-rained or rainy coastal areas with a long service life of up to 20 years.
Powder coating is performed on various industrial profiles such as conventional building materials, furniture materials and curtain walls for good appearance or resistance to oxidation and rust.
