EcoPura's sleeve shrinking labeling machine has a fluctuation production rate, of 60BPM to 450BPM. The heating method of the shrink sealing part comes in either a hot water steam shrinking tunnel or an electrical heating tunnel for flexible user choices.

Features
1. Adjustable cutter assembly, uniquely designed cyclotron cut-off, double sized cutting edge with a long service life.
2. A single positioning center sleeve gliding pillar is made from POM material, which allows for steady and stable label delivery.
3. Bottle feeding is carried out in a worm method, to ensure the speed and frequency of the bottle feeding is synchronized.
4. The bottom set label brushing is carried out to ensure the precision of label positioning.
5. The uniquely designed label delivery drive train combines the use of a photoelectric sensor system to send a signal to the cutter system, which ensures the stability of label cutting.
6. An independent roll-fed label shelf has a quick changeover feature.
