Three Row Roller Bearing
1. Description
In case of the same size, our TR series three row roller bearing is able to provide higher loading capacity than our other slewing bearings. When the XR or DT series rolling element bearing fails to meet the requirements on stiffness and load capacity, the TR series roller bearing is a good choice.
2. Features
a. This line of roller bearing is designed with three-row independent rollers and the normal direction of these rollers is the same with the load direction. This configuration can maximize the loading capacity, reduce friction resistance, and minimize flexural deformation.
b. The top and bottom rows of rollers can not only bear bidirectional thrust loads but also share the torque loads exposed to the middle row of rollers.
c. The arrangement of rollers and spacers as well as the matched raceway is well-designed to make the three row roller bearing meet the requirements on load or other aspects.
d. To exploit the abovementioned advantages, the stiffness and flatness of the supporting structure should be higher than those for the XT or DT series slew ring bearing.
e. Gear teeth or other transmission mechanism can be arranged on the supporting structure of the inner or outer ring as per customer requirements. Also, the form of the bearing hole can be specified by the customers.
3. Supply Capacity
The three row roller bearing is produced in strict accordance with the orders so as to meet customer needs.

The three row roller bearing is applicable to heavy-load occasions requiring extremely high stiffness and performance, including
