LED High Bay (Carbon Fiber), 120LM/W
With a high luminous efficacy, a better heat dissipation, small size and light weight, Qili's latest LED high bay lights are popular among large space lighting applications, such as those in airports, warehouses, and gymnasiums.
1. High Luminous Efficacy 110~125LM/W
The luminous efficacy of conventional LED high bay lights is only 70-80LM/W. Due to that, a 40W of this particular high bay light can replace a conventional 70W with the same lumens, saving up to 42% more energy. A comparison is shown below in table 1.
Carbon fiber is used in the LED high bay light for a better heat dissipation function. The thermal resistance of carbon fiber is 40% lower than aluminum, with a weight 25% lighter, making it more efficient. At a heat resistance of 400ºC, it is suitable for high power LED lights in high temperature environments.
2. Small Size and Light Weight
Safer installation and convenient transportation
The larger and heavier a lamp is, the greater the risk during installation, and the poorer the wind and vibration resistance abilities. Due to the excellent thermal performance and light weight of the carbon fiber, our LED high bay light is smaller and lighter than traditional LED high bay lights. The aluminum body also contributes to a safer installation and saves money in shipping costs.
In table 1, a 70W conventional LED high bay light and a 40W new variety of LED high bay lights with the same lumens output is compared in size and weight. The 40W is an 1/8 of the size and weight of the 70W conventional LED.
