Features

The unique side lasting structure with a three adjustable finger push pressure design, ensures the side lasting tightly fits both the inner and outer waist.
The side lasting and heel lasting connection will overlap to ensure the binding surface is smooth with no indentations.
Users can choose different group numbers from 5 independent side lasting groups depending on shoe type size.
The side lasting claw adjusts the distance between right and left. Front and rear positions can be chosen between right and left claw synchronization or left and right claw individual electric adjustment in order to adapt to changes in shoe sizes.
When the side lasting claw is adjusted synchronously from left to right, the pulling force is at its most uniform. This special design allows the claw to have a synchronized up and down pulling motion.
The mechanical adjustment for the shoe last localization causes the shoe last’s height to be more accurate and allows the shoe last drop and launch itinerary to be adjustable as needed into the most suitable position for decreasing operation time.
All the switches requiring a fast adjustment, such as heel lasting, side lasting, and side-heel lasting, are equipped near the control boxes on both sides for an easier operation.
The machine utilizes a DC- 24V low voltage control system that meets industrial safety specifications.
