Series XLB
Weiying XLB series rotor fluid-bed granulator is a highly qualified granulator designed for mixing, pelletizing, granulating and drying particles in various fields or industries, such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Powder or particles in this rotor fluid-bed granulator are mixed and moistened. With the fluid-bed rotor, solvents or binders are added tangentially. Therefore, it helps manufacture more regularly round shaped granules, as well as continuous and even thin films.
During processing, the powder bed is set into a centrifugal motion by means of the rotor. A spiral movement of the powder bed occurs due to the process air, which is fed through a variable air gap along the edge of the rotor disc.
- The interior and exterior parts of this rotor fluid-bed granulator are totally made of high quality stainless steel that are convenient for cleaning and washing with no dead corner, therefore complying with GMP standards;
- The rotor fluid-bed granulator can manufacture optimum particles that are uniformly round with a defined size;
- Mixing, pelletizing, granulating and drying are finished in the same machine, which can greatly increase production-process efficiency;
