    Splice Boxes
A splice box is used in cable line construction to connect two or more cables together and protects cables from environmental damage, extending the service life of the cables lines and strengthening the quality of the connection. The fiber optic splice closure has a cable splice box that is sealed under mechanical pressure and can be used for aerial, piped, and buried cables in telecommunications, networking systems, CATV, and fiber optic cable network systems.

    Product features
    1. Box made from reinforced plastics or aluminum alloys that resist corrosion.
    2. Treated twice with pressurization technology to ensure there is no additional attenuation on the fiber inside the box.
    3. Capable of multiple reuse and capacity expansion.

    Technical features
    1. Size: height 430mm, ID Φ135mm, maximum OD Φ210mm
    2. Cable inlet diameter: Φ20mm
    3. Single tray capacity: 12/24
    4. Maximum splice tray: minimum 4 splices, maximum 144 splices
    5. Maximum number of splices: 6
    6. Stretch sealing: 2000N axial tension without air leakage
    7. Dielectric breakdown strength: 15KV (DC)
    8. Stretch sealing: once inflated, capable of withstanding 2000N axial tension without air leakage
    9. Shock sealing: once inflated, capable of withstanding three shocks of 16N * m without cracks or air leakage

    Classification of splices
Structure: cap splice boxes or horizontal splice boxes
Laying Method: overhead, piped (tunneled) or directly buried
Splicing Method: through connection or branch connection
Sealing Method: heat-shrinkable sealing or mechanical sealing
