Punch Press
We supply punch presses mainly in two configurations, inclinable gap frame and deep throat. The frame of the punch press is made of cast steel. A hydraulic overload protection system is fitted inside the slide (also called the ram) to protect the punch from press overload. Typical uses for our punch press are in electronics, communication, computer, home appliances, furniture, transport, and metal hardware industries.
Gap frame means there is an open portion in the front of our punch press. This open front offers easy access to the die set. The whole machine frame is shaped like the letter C when viewed from one side, which is why some manufacturers may call it C-frame punch press.
The deep throat punch press works extremely well with shafts, profiles, and shaft bushings, delivering a tonnage range of between 160T and 1000T. This press machine gets the punching work done in one run, requiring no rework.
