Slurry Seal/Micro Surfacing Paver

A slurry seal (or micro-surfacing) is a cold mixture of asphalt emulsion (or polymer modified asphalt emulsion), graded aggregate, mineral filler, water and other additives. Used for preventive maintenance of various asphalt pavements, the slurry seal and micro surfacing paver can not only repair surface defects of the existing pavement but also increase the carrying capacity of the road surface.

Main Performance
Firstly developed and manufactured by our company in China, the slurry seal and micro surfacing paver is made up of truck chassis, aggregate hopper, asphalt tank, water tank, filler hopper, additive tank, mixture proportioning system, mixing system, paving and screeding system, hydraulic system, computer control system, etc.

Due to the adoption of programmed auto-control system, the operator only needs to input paving thickness, paving width and proportion of the asphalt mixture, then the system will automatically run, which is highly intelligent. High-precision imported monitoring and metering components are adopted, ensuring construction quality. The hydraulic driven spreader box is equipped with
fully symmetrical scalable double-headed four-spiral device. During paving, rotation direction and speed of the spiral are adjustable, realizing no dead ends and no segregation.

The whole working process can be completed by one operator, reducing labor intensity and saving human costs. All
Aggregates, water and asphalt systems are equipped with alarm devices. Any kind of material is about to run out or has already run out, the system will automatically alarm or stop, which is safe and reliable. In addition, there is no auxiliary engine for this equipment, which is energy saving and eco-friendly.
