The COTW semi-automatic shoelace tipping machine is specially designed for tipping the plastic head of shoelaces with a high degree of automation and adaptability.
Features
- The temperature can be adjusted and controlled automatically to keep constant temperature at the set value, generally within 50℃-60℃.
- The shoelace tipping machine will automatically stop when there is no acetate film to prevent the machine from idling, thus reducing losses.
- The main motor has the function of overload protection.
- The function of phase order protection is available, which can prevent the damage of structural components caused by phase reversal.
