Automatic Packaging Line, Type DZH/BT400
The DZH/BT400 automatic cartoner / overwrapper packaging line consists of the automatic cartoner and overwrapper packaging machine, with the entire production process controlled using a PLC system. It features a high degree of automation, stable operation, and great safety performance, as well as the ability to automatically fold the manual, then place it into the carton. In addition, the packaging line features the functions of waste capsules rejecting and codes printing on the packaging.

- The packing machine uses stepless variable frequency conversion technology, and is also equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system for automatic feeding and packaging of cartons and overwrapping.
- The touch screen displays a series of functions, including programming setting, control operation, tracking display, finished product counting, emergency stop and more.
- The carton packaging equipment uses a photoelectric detection system, so that it automatically rejects cartons that do not contain packing materials or manual.
