Synthetic Diamond
The carefully crafted synthetic diamond features optimum performance on various nonferrous materials. From tough blocky crystal shape to highly fragile irregular shape, the specific crystalline structure can achieve higher material removal rate in dry or wet grinding, as well as surface finishing.
The cultured diamond is well applicable for tungsten carbides, carbide-steel combinations, glass, high-grade ceramics and so on.
Nickel, spiked nickel or copper coated synthetic diamonds can effectively improve retention of crystal with resign bond, enhance grinding productivity and thermal conductivity, prolong service life of diamond tools and remove heat from grinding area.
The cultivated diamond includes polycrystalline (or multi-crystalline) RVDP series and mono crystalline RVDM series.
