Yarn warping machines carry out yarn wrapping for a variety of yarn types, including cotton yarn, polyester yarn, and artificial yarn. Yarn winding onto the beams prepares the yarn for the next processes. Beam size is 14 or 16 inches, or customizable upon request.

Features

The yarn warping machine uses a variable frequency drive to ensure a stable start and flexible speed adjustment, ensuring a constant tension from beginning to end.
Driven by the friction between the pressure-adjusted roller and the beam: the friction is adjustable as needed to ensure a uniform yarn tension on the beam.
It is equipped with a digital counter meter to record the number of turns and adjust the length according to set requirements, thus avoiding yarn wastage.
W-type yarn buckles are used to adjust the left-right position and density according to requirements.
Auto stop motion in the event of yarn breakage makes operation easier and reduces failure rates.
