Construction Hoist, SC200-200
SC200/200 construction hoist is one of our newly developed products, which is complied with GB26557-2011 standards. Driven by a three phase motor, the transmission mechanism ensures even force imposed on the pinion and rack and safe and smooth operation.
To ensure safe operation, safety switches are installed at the circuits. In this way, the construction hoist is capable of responding appropriately to avoid accidents in case of overload or overspeed. Similarly, limit switches are installed on every door of the cage. When there is something wrong with any one of the doors, the cage won't start up or stops running immediately. Moreover, each cage is equipped with a falling protector, which efficiently prevents the cage from falling, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The electric control system has a simple circuit, which enables easy operation and maintenance as well as reliability. Operator can manipulate the construction hoist with the handles and buttons in the cage when the goods hoist works normally. The construction elevator is able to stop wherever it required. At both upper and lower terminals, it can automatically stop under the control of the upper and lower limit switches. Once some fault causes malfunction of these switches, the limit switch installed on the material hoist will cut off the power supply and stop the hoist in time to prevent accidents.
The construction hoist is able to install or take down the guiding track framework with the boom in the cage by itself. The rest of components can be also assembled or dismantled easily. Plus, all components are interchangeable.
