Working Principle
According to the principle of refrigeration and dehumidification, if the refrigeration equipment compresses and cools the air to the dew point temperature, the compressed air will contain some water. Nevertheless, our refrigerated air dryer can handle the unwanted water. The water will be separated from the compressed air by our air water separator and discharged through the drainer. Consequently, the compressed air can have the required pressure dew point of -17°C- -23°C.

1. The refrigerated air dryer mainly adopts the totally hermetic refrigerated compressor procured from the French MANEUROP, American TECUMSEH, COPELAND, BRISTOL and other companies. The refrigerated compressors feature stable operation, low energy consumption, low noise, long lifespan, etc.
2. The heat exchanger and cooler of our compressed air dryer have high quality and efficient threaded tube, which has high heat transfer coefficient, small size and compact structure. Made of the stainless steel and carbon steel or zinc coated, our refrigerated air dryer can avoid the secondary contamination to the compressed air.
3. Our refrigerated air dryer’s cooling control components are selected from DANFOSS, of which the refrigeration components have the most reliable quality, excellent performance and complete functions currently in the world.

Structure of Refrigerated Air Dryer
1. Pre-cooler

Our pre-cooler has efficient fin threaded tube, which has 30% higher heat transfer efficiency than normal tubes.

2. Evaporator
The evaporator has louvered fin and internal thread copper tube, which can further enhance the effect of heat transfer.

3. Compressor
Our refrigerated compressed air dryer has totally hermetic compressor, which has low failure rate and high efficiency.

4. Expansion valve
The high quality expansion valve can adapt to the situations where the compressed air load has obvious changes.

5. Air water separator
Our air water separator adopts the decelerating condensation and the principle of diversion acceleration, which can stabilize the separation efficiency of more than 99%.

6. Condenser
Our refrigerated air dryer’s condenser has efficient fin threaded tube for water condenser, louvered fin or internal threaded copper tube for air condenser.

7. Automatic drainer
The automatic drainer with float ball is the standard configuration of our refrigerated air dryer. Other automatic drainers, such as the time programmed type and the electronic liquid level type, are optional.

Cooling water inlet temperature: ≤ 32°C
Cooling water inlet pressure: 0.2-0.4Mpa
The cooling water is industrial circulating water.
