Rotary Kiln
1. The rotary kiln is made of a cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood and fuel device.
2. The cylinder is made of high-quality carbon steel plate and supported by a wheel belt. A mechanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheel controls the cylinder's rotation.
3. The larger rotary dryer has auxiliary rotary gears, which makes the cylinder rotate more slowly so it won’t be damaged.
6. To prevent cold air from entering or dust from overflowing, the kiln tail and head sealing equipment are placed on both the feed and discharge ends.
Features
1. Support devices: Advanced shaft structure, automatic thermometer and electrical heating device.
2. Catch wheel: Mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.
3. Gears: Single or double. The rotating speed is controlled by a regulating motor, DC motor or variable frequency and speed regulation motor. The rotary kiln is reliable, energy-saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder bolster: Lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. Its simple structure makes it easy to repair or replace without damaging the industrial drying machine.
5. Sealing equipment: Choices include air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, graphite block sealing or a combination. Adaptable to the cylinder rotating and swinging.
6. Kiln head hood: Stationary or flexible.
Working principle
The rotary kiln is used to heat materials for cement making, nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy, refractory materials, and chemical and papermaking procedures.
