This roll forming line is used by Midea Group for manufacturing dishwasher components. It consists of a material loader, roll forming machine, notching press, cutting mechanism, bending mechanism and finished product stacker. The roll-forming line features fully automatic control, and products are easily manufactured in different specifications with easily adjustable product length and width. The product setting and production output are both easily set on the touch screen, while HMI ensures easy operation. The PLC, inverter and other electrical components are produced and imported from Germany and Japan, ensuring long-term stability and performance of the roll forming line.
