Promoting Employees' Abilities1. Excellent Training System: We carry out thorough professional training for our employees according to their position with 90% employee satisfaction.
2. One-to-One Mentorship: We assign each new employee a mentor for one month to guide him or her in the new role.
3. Incentive System: Every year, our company selects 15 employees for weekly training on developing into a good candidate for upper level management.
Making a Fun and Positive Environment to Work
Tranlin frequently holds sports events, themed parties and other group activities to enrich the life of our employees. We regularly gather feedback from employee satisfaction surveys through which we hear expectations and suggestions from our employees.
