After a month's communication, we learned that their motorcycle model is Himalayan. However, we did not have the proper bracket to install the aluminum side cases on this motorcycle. The customer gave us the design of the bracket and required us to produce the motorcycle bracket according to their design.
In 2011, Zongshen Motorcycle was dedicated to developing cross-country motorcycles, and planned to equip their motorcycles with side cases. Zongshen attached great importance to the quality of cross-country motorcycles, and they need a powerful company to produce the side cases for them. After receiving the news, our company took samples of our side cases and paid a visit to Zongshen Motorcycle.
They first sent one of their motorcycles to us for design and development. Our engineers then immediately set to work designing aluminum cases, and modified ecisiting products based on the specific motorcycle style. After 2 weeks, we produced side case samples for the customer. They tested the cases in a range of road tests, which passed with flying colors. The customer then placed an order for 500 sets of aluminum side cases.
In April 2017, we took samples of our side cases (after they had passed a number of strict tests) and contacted QJIANG motorcycle factory to discuss working together. Their motorcycles were originally equipped with side cases manufactured in Italy. However, they began considering the use of our side cases due to the higher cost performance, as well as the waterproof and break resistant properties.
