Tianhong Laser has been constantly striving for a comprehensive set of sales services for domestic and foreign customers. Now we have strong sales and service networks. By 2013, our products have been sold worldwide to many countries and regions, including Chennai of India, Kuala Lumpur and Johor of Malaysia, Manila of the Philippines, Istanbul of Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand, Italy, Serbia, Morocco, Macedonia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, the United States, Tunisia and Moldova.
Case 1
In 2008, a customer in Manila, the Philippines began to use our machines for the marking of electronic components and lead-frames, and also for the spot welding of stainless steel materials. The customer's factories are located in Manila and Johor.
Taking into consideration that the customer lacks experience in using laser equipment, Tianhong Laser provided professional guidance and training, and recommended compact models: 20w fiber laser marking machine, 30w CO2 laser marking machine and 20w fiber-coupled laser welding machine. Since then, Tianhong Laser has been their top supplier of marking and welding machines, and the customer also has developed into a major distributor of Tianhong Laser in the Philippines.
Case 2
In 2009, a customer from New Zealand visited Tianhong Laser and purchased a 20w fiber laser marking machine to mark cutting tools. Later Tianhong Laser has long been providing the customer with timely and free software upgrades. The customer repeatedly recommends our laser marking machine to local enterprises.
The 20w fiber laser marking machine is a low-power compact marking machine, mainly used for rotary marking on cylindrical stainless steel workpieces, mold processing and marking, security marking and removal of oxide layer of aluminum-magnesium alloy.
Case 3
A Malaysian customer bought our 50w diode side pump laser marking machines and 20w fiber laser marking machines for deep engraving of cylindrical metal parts.
The machines gave full play to the advantages of fiber lasers: small size, fine beam quality, and maintenance-free. The customer also purchased several 300w YAG laser welding machines for its headquarter in Iran to do the full welding on stainless steel materials.
