Dust Filter Bags
Xin Huan Bao customizes different materials of filter bags for customers. We have over ten years’ of experience in dust filter bag production, and our dust filter bags can be used in any bag dust removal equipment.
Dust filter bags are mainly made of terylene filter fabric. They adopt fine denier fiber whose surface has been treated by calendering, singeing and shaping, so they show high air permeability and can realize the separation of ultra-fine particles. Other materials include glass fibre, PPS, aramid fiber, acrylic acid and PE and we can make surface treatments so that filter bags can adapt to your using environment.

- For sawdust and spray dust, we suggest you use singed polyester felt. Singeing process can clean the fluff on fibre surface, which makes the surface of filter elements more smooth. Compared with untreated fibre filter bags, singed polyester felt is more conductive to the collecting of dust. Besides, even if dust gathers on the surface of filter bags, it will fall off itself but not block on the surface like untreated fibre filter bags.

- Common filter bags needs long time of dust accumulation to reach the maximal filtering efficiency of filter cake. While the membrane of PTFE membrane filter bag can work as filter cake to collect dust particles on the surface of filter bags, which means that PTFE membrane filter bags can work with maximal collecting efficiency from being installed.
