Litong Aluminum Industry (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. is another large-scaleenterprise invested and owned by Hong Kong Litong Int’1Hondings （Group）Ltd. specializing in pre-coated aluminumcoils coating.

The company, covering an area of 46,000m2, was established and put into production in 2001, and the total investment reached HKD120 million. With 4 specialized automatic coating lines installed,the annual processing capacity of various aluminum sheets/foils/strips is 25,000 tons, and half of which are exported. 

The gauges of aluminum coils for production are from 0.03mm to 1mm with a maximum width of 1,600mm in triple coating & double drying techniques. 

In 2006, a world leading high-speed anodizing coil coating line, designed anddeveloped by Litong Group itself, unprecedentedin China, was installed and put into production. The capacity of this new line,with aluminum coils at the gauge of o.1mm – 1mm and max width 1,300mm, canamount to 6,000 tons on a yearly basis.

Litong Aluminium Industry (Shanghai) Co, Ltd. is one of the first four pre-coated aluminium coil plants invested by Hong Kong Litong Int’l Holdings (Group) Ltd. in mainland of China. Itis an acting member of Aluminium-Plastic CompositeMaterials & Products Branch of National Building Material IndustryAssociation. It is located in Zhujing Town of Jinshan District, the outskirt of national financialcenter—Shanghai. 30 kilometers down to its south is Hangzhou Bay, and 7 kilometers to its eastis the entrance of A30 Express. Moreover, it is only around one-hour-drive fromHongqiao Int’l Airport and Pudong Int’l Airport. All of which make it veryconvenient to access by sea, land and air.

The company covers an area of 36,000 m² with 20,000 m² asits main workshop and the total investment is HKD100 million. There are 4 aluminumcoil coating lines with an annual production capacityof more than 20,000 tons, one of which is a triple coating & double dryingline. The max width for aluminum coil being coated is 1,600 mm, while gauges ofaluminum coils and foils range from 0.03mm to 1.00mm. Besides, it has 3painting lines for aluminum coils at 15mm-89mm for venetian blinds with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons. The company has been entitledwith ISO9001 Quality System Certificate in 2002. Its machines and quality ofits products are among the advanced levels in China.

Its main products compromising pre-coated aluminum coils/strips, aluminumcomposite panels, aluminum ceilings and aluminum claddings which are widelyused in industry, decoration, construction, home appliance, food and medicine.The company has developed a complete sales & service network with at leastone hundred manufactures in both domestic and overseas market, half of theproducts are exported.

Litong Aluminium Industry (Henan) Co., Ltd. was invested by HongKong Litong Int’l Holdings(Group) Ltd. in March 2007. It is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, centre of China, covering an area of 280Chinese acres.

As a large and modern high-tech aluminum processing enterprise, Litong Aluminium Industry (Henan) Co., Ltd. is whollysupported by Henan Provine.The company is provided with the most advanced aluminum panel and foil rollingmill in China, including 1 unit of rough rolling mill (Model 1600), 1 unit ofcold rolling mill (Model 1600) equipped and 1 unit of foil rolling mill(Model 1600 ) equipped with AGC and APC and otherautomatically controlled facilities as roller grinders that matched with theproduction crafts, automatic foil uncoilers, shearsand so on. The annual yield of aluminum panels, strips and foils is 50,000tons, which are widely applied in decoration, domesticity, air conditioners,cables, medical treatment, packaging, tobaccos, hot sealing, beer bottledealing, and aluminum composites.

More funds have been injected in the year of 2008. By 2009, 6 units of casters,1 unit of cold rolling mill with the width of 1,850mm, as well as full setwell-equipped apparatus will be installed. The annual turnout of aluminium panels, strips and foils by then would reach100,000 tons.

Litong Aluminium Industry（Shandong）Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2004 and itsproduction started in December in 2004. It is another large-scale aluminium color coating enterprise following those projectsof Litong Group in Shanghai, Guangdong, and Jiangsu with a total investment at HKD100 million. It islocated in Linyi, Shandong, a well-known logisticscentre. Covering an area of 39,000m2 with 30,000 m2 as its workshop, it has 7advanced aluminium coating lines with steel alloyrollers and its production capacity exceeds 30,000 tons on a yearly basis.

Litong Aluminium Industry （Shandong）Co., Ltd., united with Litong Aluminium Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Litong Aluminium Industry (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and Litong Aluminium Industry (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., has become the biggest and specialized aluminium coils coating group in China. Different kinds of foils and coils with gauge ranging from 0.022mm to 1.5mm and maximum width at 1,600mm are available to meet the demands from over 100 buyers for Construction, Transportation, Food, Medicine, IT, Decoration and Home Appliance etc.. Its products are of beautification, stabilization, corrosion resistance and weather proof with all technical data up to ASTM standards under the inspections of official organization in China.

Litong Aluminum Industry (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., the former Jiangyin Litong Haihong Color Coating Co., Ltd., was founded in 1999. Withthe expansion and relocation, the company was formally renamed as Litong Aluminum Industry (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. in 2005.

The company is located to the east side of Huaxi Village, the renowned richest villagein China, of Huashi Town in Jiangyin City which is a prominenteconomically developed area in Yangtze River Delta. It covers an area of18,000m2 and the workshop of which is 9,000m2. It has an automatic aluminumcoil coating line with annual production capacity of more than 6,000 tons.Relying on its convenient location and existing conditions, Litong Aluminum Industry (Wuxi) Co. Ltd. combines itstrading with manufacturing, while fully utilizing its advantages of warehousingand inventory for aluminum coils. It spares no efforts towards the sales of aluminium coils from many famous suppliers in China: Litong Aluminum, South West Aluminum, South South Aluminum, Mingtai Aluminum,Juke Aluminum, China Aluminum (Henan), Bowei Aluminum and so on. Litong Aluminum Industry (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. was founded inMay, 2011 with a total investment capital of over 3 billion yuan.A production capability of 500 thousand ton aluminum plates and alloyedaluminum plates will be realized when the plant is put into operation.

With the planted launched, the industrial chain of Litong group will be completed further. And the strength of the conglomerate will beimproved to a higher level.
