All food machinery from Jiatong including fully automatic wafer stick machine, encrusting machine, cake depositor, cookie depositor, rotary oven, etc. are designed by the best in class CAD software and manufactured using high precision CNC turning, lathing, milling and machining centers. They produce the bakery machines with top quality and superior performance.
From the picture, you can see our CNC wire-cut EDM machine is cutting the upper and lower bases of large wafer stick baking machine. Our workshop is equipped with 2 CNC wire-cut EDM machines which deliver high precision and productivity.

The CNC lathe is processing the nuts for wafer stick machine. It ensures high precision and a tolerance range of -0.01~0.01m.Using FANUC CNC system imported from Japan, it is easy to operate and efficient in machining.
This machining center is mainly used to produce all kinds of components for our bakery machinery, with high accuracy. Tolerance can be controlled within -0.005~0.005mm. Controlled by FANUC CNC system, the machining center can serve for at least 20 years.
All accessories for our food machinery are manufactured on our own. Once production is complete, each machine comes with over 10 sets of related accessories stored in warehouse. After delivery, we ensure one or two sets of accessories that are stored for the purpose of quickly supplying clients with anything they may need to keep their products operating in optimum condition.
All of our bakery equipment will be assembled in the semi-finished warehouse.
