POLYKING applies various materials and accessories for luggage and bags that you can choose from. The main plastic accessories used in our luggage and bags are all produced by injection molding equipment. Our materials all meet European, REACH, and California 65 standards. If the raw materials we have in stock do not meet your customization needs, we can purchase materials that will.

The materials that POLYKING typically apply include nylon, PU leather, PVC leather, canvas, natural leather and polyester.

Polyester

This material has high strength and flexibility, with strong capacity of restoration, which is an economical choice.

Canvas

Canvas is the most environmentally friendly material we have to offer, and is very popular among clients. The canvas can be dyed or printed on, and can also be used with leather to make the product more beautiful and higher grade.

Tyvek paper

The regular paper backpack and shopping bag use Kraft paper to adapt to the requirement of environmental protection. POLYKING backpacks, shopping bags, and other products use Tyvek paper material. And the Tyvek paper bags are also waterproof.

PVC leather

PVC leather feels just like the real thing and improves product quality. It can also be processed into various colors and patterns with ease. Clear PVC material can also be chosen.

PU leather

PU leather is closer to the feeling of real leather, which can improve the grade of luggage and bags.

Natural leather is a high-grade and durable material.

Nylon

Nylon is the most commonly used and the most suitable material for luggage and bags production. Currently, the nylon that POLYKING uses is all made in China. And the durability of nylon is higher than that of other fibers, with cheaper price and short delivery time, which is beneficial to the arrangement for production.
