In general, power tools are equipped with motors and service power can be altered by adjusting the gear. Most motors produce significant vibration, therefore potentiometers inside need stability and high-quality materials. To meet the requirements of power tools, all parts of the potentiometer needs to be firm, especially the connecting shaft. Additionally, there are gears on the potentiometers to adjust motor speed. Generally, we recommend pulley rotary potentiometers and slide potentiometers which are easy to use and set. We can also provide potentiometers with a variety of sizes and specifications for you to choose from. For power tools with large operating levers, large potentiometers are used to match them; for power tools with small operating levers, small potentiometers are needed.
