Color R&D Center
CHINJOO has been committed to art color research and development for decades. Now, we have a R&D team which is composed of 35 employees. They boast 10-30 years experience in this field. In 2005, they developed healthy and formaldehyde-free gouache paint.
R&D Team
CHINJOO research center was established in 2001 when we had 23 research employees, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers and 15 technicians. Most of them have worked in the industry for over 5 years. In addition, we recruited 2 processors in fine chemical engineering and applied chemistry to offer technical guidance.
Equipment
We have equipped a complete range of state of the art facilities in the center including Agilent high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Malvern laser particle size analyzer, Lycra stereoscopic microscope, biological microscope, conductivity meter, research grade sand mill, light fastness tester, clean bench, etc.

Since its founding in 2001, the R&D center has participated in formulation of 5 industrial standards and 3 national standards, with 4 national invention patents filed and 19 utility model patents authorized. Successively, multiple types of new art paints have been developed there including non-formaldehyde gouache paints, acrylic paints, etc.
In June, 2004
CHINJOO glass paint was developed, changing the absence of this paint in domestic market.
In October, 2004
CHINJOO ceramic paint was developed, and domestic absence of this paint was changed.
In August, 2005
We released formaldehyde-free paints which were sensational in the industry and won high recognitions in the art culture field due to safe and non toxic properties.
In July, 2006
CHINJOO brand tempera paint was developed and filled the blank in the domestic market.
In July, 2006
The successful development of finger paint in our R&D center filled the domestic gap in this field.
