Many railway vehicle manufacturing plants and depots have introduced shot blasting machines to clean the surface of swing bolster or side frame, while our shot blasting machine also fits for automotive chassis, car body and other key components.
The shot blasting machine for steel sheets and profiles has a quite self-explanatory name, indicating that it is developed for the derusting and painting treatment of steel plates, steel profiles and structural parts used for ships, automobiles, locomotives, bridges, engineering machines and so on.
Composed of blast wheel, turbine, belt pulley, V-belt and bed plate, the blast wheel assemblies are installed on the side walls of blast cabinet, and there are 6 of them in total. Their position and angle are calculated by 3D dynamic simulation to offer full surface cleaning with minimized dead zone.
The shot blasting machine with overhead conveyor is developed to deal with profile steel, steel construction, copper plate, construction machinery part and other large weldments, so, rust, slag and oxidized layer are removed away from their surfaces while residual stress is also eliminated.
Our wire mesh shot blast machine takes advantage of a wire mesh belt conveyor to transport work pieces into the fully enclosed blast chamber, and then the blast wheel assembly uses a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate and spray abrasives onto the surface of work piece to realize thorough surface cleaning. In addition, this metal surface cleaning equipment is applicable for flat shaped castings, forgings and structural parts.
