Our Commitment to Environmental Projection
Our concern for environment is not just a pose. Our concept of environmental projection guides us through each and every factory and office activity.

From raw material quality check through electroplating to the final assembly of coaxial RF connectors, there are environmental control measures in place every step of the way. We have devoted 3 million RMB to the construction of dusty collection system on our copper rod production line. Dusty environments are harmful to employees' health and surroundings and we know it. That is why we invest so heavily in that dust removal system.

Additionally, we spend more than 10 million RMB on our wastewater disposal station which takes care of the electroplating wastewater produced during production. The station filters out poisonous cyanide and heavy metals, allowing more than 80% of electroplating wastewater to be reclaimed. The filtration process not only prevents pollution but it also helps save energy. Because of all the efforts made in promoting environmental protection, XINSHENG is approved by Jiangsu Environmental Projection Department and recognized as Changzhou's Role Model for Enterprise Environmental Management. The electroplating process uses automatic production equipment and is complemented by industry-leading exhaust gas disposal systems and collection facilities which prevent air pollution and harm to employees' health.

All our optical fiber devices and RF coax cable assemblies are made in compliance with RoHS directives. Every year, we invite an authoritative certification body to perform third-party quality audit on our products. Outfitted with multiple spectrometers, our manufacturing facility is where each batch of finished coaxial RF cables, coaxial connectors, and PLC splitters are closed checked for RoHS compliance. This test ensures end-users won't be imposed to any hazardous operating environment that might harm their health.

Our Green Vision
At XINSHENG, we strictly adhere to ISO14001 standards under which the company is certified. The implementation of ISO standards provides an approach to better managing our production and working environments and raising employees' awareness of environment. It also helps us identify and control environmental factors, enable minimized energy consumption and emission, and reduce management cost.

Guided by our environmental projection concepts, XINSHENG's future efforts in protecting environment are mainly focused on the following aspects:
1. Reducing the emission of solid wastes, and allowing more resources to be recycled
2. Continually experimenting with new, eco-friendly materials, and buffering the impact that our products and processes have on the environment.
3. Making more reliable, durable products thereby reducing the number of replacements needed.

Our Eco-Friendly Products
XINSHENG's investment in optimizing resource usage and facilitating installation over the years has added up to more than 3 million RMB. The huge amount of money is a reflection of part of our efforts in coaxial RF connector technology innovation. By the end of 2013, XINSHENG had been granted more than 20 design and invention patents and been recognized as Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise.

Our spray painted connector is made by spraying a layer of powdered paint onto the electroplated connector. This layer of coating protects the connector surface against high temperature, moisture, acid rain, salt mist and corrosive gas, which extends the service life of the connector.

In April 2013, our cluster plug passed the conformance test. The device joins together multiple wires in a single enclosure, which makes complicated wiring process simpler and reduces time spent in connecting messy clusters of cables on a telecommunication project. The use of XINSHENG cluster plugs saves construction materials, installation space and labor cost, too. A communication connection project which was previously done by using 10 plugs and 10 electrical cables now requires 2 plugs and 2 cables less. In July 2013, XINSHENG cluster plug was approved by China Telecom for use on its TD-LTE 4G project. Our success with cluster plug is also a reflection of our industry-leading fiber optic communication technology. Ever since this partnership, XINSHENG has attracted many other big names in telecommunications industry such as HUAWEI, ZTE and Ericsson.
