For us, social responsibility is one aspect we take very seriously. We require every of our employees to be socially responsible. To that end, we have made a set of rules and principles that guide our employees in their daily business practices, namely the Social Responsibility Code.
Social Responsibility Code
Employees at XiangMing should put Social Responsibility Code at the core of each of its business decisions, and do their best to build a socially respectable and trustworthy enterprise within the welded wire mesh and steel fencing industry. The Social Responsibility Code applies to all employees at XiangMing, and involves all necessary details and overall arrangements. The Code raises employees’ awareness of protecting global environment, building connections with the society, and fostering the next-generation workforce.
Environmental Protection Policy
Just as importantly, XiangMing sets out a series of environmental protection policies, continuing its efforts in building a sustainable society. Coming first in our Environmental Protection Policy is the principle of putting customers first and contributing to social progress through developing business of our own. It is our common wish to boost social development via researching on wire fencing technology and promote fence production. While XiangMing is developing its business, the company is also considering itself as a member in the society whose operations might have either a positive or negative influence on it. Across the range of operations within XiangMing, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment. With expertise and techniques gained over decades of dedication, the company strives to develop eco-friendly wire mesh fences and accomplish its goal of contributing to the society.
Code of Conduct
1. Managers on XiangMing staff should incorporate environmental protection policy into their business management solution, and give their best to promoting environmental protection.
2. Optimize the environmental protection systems, related procedure and identify environment-related responsibilities.
3. Care should be taken to prevent pollution, minimize the use of energy and resource, and avoid generating waste throughout the design, production process and thereafter, from new product development, through raw material procurement, manufacture and transportation, to end-use, servicing and disposal.
4. Build trust in the society through means of solving environmental and energy issues. Do our best to provide innovative security fencing technology and products.
5. Do not settle for only meeting the lowest level of environmental protection standards required by related regulations and laws. Take initiatives to set higher standards for ourselves. Promote environmental protection activities while enforcing those high standards and evaluating our performance.
6. Give due considerations to the impact of our wire mesh and security fencing products on the local environment when exporting our products to foreign countries. Provide necessary support to environmental protection activities in overseas countries and regions.
7. Educate employees on the importance of environmental protection and promote environmental awareness advertising campaigns.
