GHA Series (High Efficiency, Large Size)
Automatic Screen Printing Machine for Automotive Glass
This series of screen printing machines is designed specifically for automotive glass such as windshields, backlites, and sunroofs. Instead of the usual step-by-step setup, it uses a three-section structure, positioning, printing, and unloading, that works at the same time. With a high-precision shuttle system making everything run smoothly, it reaches an output of 300 to 360 pieces per hour. It can handle large formats up to 1200 × 1800 mm, making it a solid option for high-volume production of passenger car glass with consistent, high-quality results.

Standard configuration includes a dual-servo clamping mechanism in both X and Y directions, arranged vertically for optimal centering. This ensures accurate positioning for both symmetrical and asymmetrical glass panels.
The off-contact distance (distance between screen and worktable) and the peel-off motion (screen lifting from the glass) are servo-controlled, enabling accurate, repeatable adjustments for consistent print quality. The custom-designed screen frame pull-out system simplifies both installation and cleaning, while ensuring operator safety during setup and maintenance tasks.
A patented composite surface with low friction helps prevent scratches on the glass during handling. Its strong resistance to solvents ensures durability and stable performance in demanding printing conditions.
Glass panels are transported between stations using a servo-controlled sliding table guided by high-precision linear rails. The vacuum system ensures secure, stable, and accurate handling at every step of the process.
