HA Series (High Efficiency, Small Size)
Automatic Screen Printing Machine for Automotive Glass
These automotive glass printing machines are tailored for high-output screen printing on compact glass components such as side windows and quarter glass. By replacing traditional sequential workflows with a three-stage parallel process, positioning, printing, and unloading, these glass printers significantly increase efficiency. The precision shuttle transfer system ensures seamless operation between stations, achieving a capacity of 400–600 pieces per hour. Capable of processing glass as small as 200 mm × 300 mm, they are ideal for high-volume production of small and irregularly shaped automotive windows.

The positioning mechanism uses multi-axis servo control with adjustable points, offering the flexibility and accuracy needed for printing on small, irregular-shaped automotive glass. An upgrade to a full-servo positioning system is available for fully digital adjustment and menu-based operation.
The printing table features a patented composite panel with a low friction coefficient, effectively preventing scratches on the glass surface. It also offers strong resistance to solvents used during the printing process.
The transfer platform adopts an H-shaped structure combined with a vacuum suction system to ensure secure handling of various small-sized and irregular glass panels. Guided by a precision servo system and high-precision linear rails, the system ensures smooth, accurate, and fast transport between workstations.
Both off-contact distance (screen-to-worktable distance) and peel-off motion (screen lifting from the glass) are servo-driven, allowing precise, digital control to meet different glass thickness and print quality requirements.
The screen frame pull-out system has been specially designed to simplify screen installation and cleaning while prioritizing operator safety throughout the process.
