LXMD Independent Cuber System
Description:
The Independent Cuber System is specially researched and developed in order to solve problems such as a heavy labor intensity and low production efficiency for cured blocks in a manual cuber production line. Normally, this system is placed near the curing field in order to cuber the cured blocks, though it can be also be directly connected to a block production line in order to achieve online cuber (in this situation, suggested usage should be in an automatic mode). It is composed of an automatic block unloading machine, chain conveyor, brick pusher, pallet collector, automatic turntable, cuber and non-tray conveyor.
