Crawler Mounted Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig XDL-3000
XDL-3000 is our newest type of hydraulic core drilling rig developed on the basis of XDL-1500 for drilling of extremely deep holes. This hydraulic rotary drilling rig comes with upgrade on gearbox, mast, winch, crawler track and other parts, resulting in excellent drilling performance. For example, in 2013, the core drilling rig was used to drill a hole to a depth of 2567m that set a record as the deepest ever in China.
Features
1. Gearbox
The gearbox for rotation head features stepless speed regulation and provides wide speed and three-shift torque outputs. It can meet the speed and torque needs for different drilling diameters. Before lifting the drill pipes, the gearbox can move laterally to make the drilling hole clearly seen.
Slidable Gearbox2. Undercarriage
The hydraulic core drilling rig can move fast and stably because of its optimized undercarriage track system which boasts large driving force and provides strong gradeability that makes it suitable for field operations. A slush pump is attached to the undercarriage.
Slush Pump3. Cooling System
The crawler mounted drill rig is fitted with a stand-alone hydraulic oil cooling system which can effectively control the oil temperature of hydraulic system.
4. Hydraulic Clamp
The hydraulic clamp ensures quick and reliable clamping of drill pipe with great centering performance and ease of use. Feed stroke is up to 3.5m, effectively reducing auxiliary work time, improving drilling efficiency and minimizing core blockage.

The winch can reach the maximum single line pull of 19,200kg. Double line pull is also available, with pull force up to 38,000kg.
Winch6. Mast
Mast is up to a height of 12.4m, making sure that the drill pipe can be lifted by 9m at a stroke, thus effectively reducing lifting time.
