With a power unit composed of diesel engines and hydraulic oil pumps, the automatic crawler-mounted drilling rig is efficient and energy-saving. A hydraulic motor facilitates drilling, feeding, lifting, walking and hydraulic cylinder positioning. The luxurious cabin provides a safe and comfortable operation environment that reduces labor intensity and labor costs. Without an integrated air compressor, the rig can be connected to air compressors as needed. This integrated drilling rig features its convenient operation and maintenance as well as low downtime rate.
Applications
The drilling rig is mainly used for blasthole drilling, well drilling, piling and micro-piling, foundation drilling and environmental survey hole drilling.
- During operation, compressed air is utilized only by the DTH hammer, which reduces air compressor's output by 30% to 50% compared to pneumatic drill rigs and lowers energy consumption (fuel oil or electricity) by 40% to 50%.
- The rig is equipped with an automatic device that can store, change and connect drilling rods.
