The horizontal dough mixer is suitable for kneading hard dough for biscuit, cookie and bread. It is equipped with stainless steel mixing bowl and mixing blades, reducing the amount of dough sticked to the surface of mixing blades and offering easy sanitation. Touch screen operation is simple and accurate.

Mixing blades made of 304 stainless steel shows good strength and smooth surface after polished and processed, which substantially reduce the dough sticked to blades during mixing.
Dough feeding tube on the top of the bowl can directly connect with feeder and water supply system, which saves labour and enhances efficiency
Touch screen for easy operation, allowing frequency control of mixing rate and evenly mixing. After mixing, the contents are directly transferred to dough handling system or a feeder trolly for the next step.
