LZ Series Sand Making Machine
The dry sand making plant is an advanced modular sand making system integrating shaping, sand making, screening, environmental dust collection, and intelligent production control. It features closed-loop, intelligent control with functions including automatic feeding, conveying, sand making, screening, dust removal, powder separation, and automatic fineness modulus control.
The core equipment of this series is the LM / VSI-C / VSI-S rotor centrifugal sand making machines, which have reached an advanced level within the industry in terms of mechanical performance. These machines perform particularly well in high-requirement aggregate crushing and sand making applications and can be applied to environmentally friendly production processes, transitioning from traditional wet processing to dry or semi-dry processing.
By integrating multiple processes such as crushing, screening, and powder classification into a tower-type structure, the system utilizes gravity and mechanical forces to achieve efficient processing and precise classification of aggregate materials.
