- The nylon yarn DTY has been treated with antimicrobial agents applied, either at the surface or within, which allows for a small dosage of antimicrobial agents, ensuring high safety.
- The antimicrobial agent of the antimicrobial & anti-odor nylon yarn is not easy to fall off. Even when the agent on the surface get washed away, the agent within the yarn diffuses outwards, ensuring high durability.
- The antimicrobial agents in the nylon yarn do not require resin finishing agent, making the resulting products soft and not stiff.

The antimicrobial nylon yarn DTY is modified using low-temperature plasma metal coating. It involves exposing the yarn to a low-temperature plasma, which is a highly ionized gas, leading to physical modification and chemical activation of functional groups (such as -OH, -COOH, -C=O) on the fiber. This enables the grafting of antimicrobial agents like silver ions and zinc ions onto the surface of the yarn fibers. As a result, the yarn exhibits superior antimicrobial and durability properties. This advanced manufacturing technology offers greater abrasion resistance, improved safety, and better wash durability compared to similar products in the market.
Nylon yarn DTY is available in six different specifications: 40D/24F, 50D/24F, 70D/24F, 70D/48F, 140D/48F, and 140D/96F. It consists of 100% nylon and is classified as AA-grade antimicrobial nylon. This variety of options aims to meet the diverse needs of customers.
